Awesome Copper Nails
Copper, with warm reds and lighthearted golds, is a rich, gloriously decadent color. Said to be lucky, it conducts spiritual energy, and if placed next to a crystal, is believed to enhance its properties. Although science can’t provide an adequate explanation, wearing copper, often in the form of a bangle or cuff, can relieve the symptoms of arthritis and ease muscle pain, and, as such, copper is reputed to possess the power to heal.
Suggesting wealth and luxury, copper is a stylish shade, less frequently seen than gold or silver, and as a nail polish, it lends a touch of individuality and Bohemian glamor to your nails. What could work better with your fab copper nails, but some awesome coordinating copper eye make-up.
1) ZOYA Nail Polish – Autumn
What Makes it Great
With a rich shimmer, Autumn by Zoya is full of warm, comfortable tones. Almost iridescent and possessing deep layers that evoke images of dancing through crisp fallen beech leaves, this welcoming polish just invites compliments. I hated removing it when the first chip developed after 18 days.
Where it Could be Improved
Like many metallic polishes, Autumn took time and effort to remove completely.

2) ILNP Nail Polish – Nostalgia
What Makes it Great
Containing shades of copper, gold, red and bronze with stunningly contrasting flecks of emerald green and sapphire blue, Nostalgia is the most amazing holographic polish. Possessing color changing abilities, every move sends glints of color dancing, catching eyes, and eliciting envious glances. When, after nearly three weeks, I had to remove this polish, it was a very sad day for me.
Where it Could be Improved
I had to apply several coats to achieve the perfect holographic finish.

3) Revlon Nail Polish – Copper Penny
What Makes it Great
Revlon’s Copper Penny forms part of their Glossy Shine collection, and, once gently buffed, it produces an awesome metallic shine – as though your nails are coated in a smooth sheet of purest copper. With subtle hints of autumn gold, this polish possesses a longevity befitting the metal effect – nearly three weeks before the first, very tiny chip.
Where it Could be Improved
The odor, upon opening the bottle, was quite strong, but nothing an open window couldn’t clear.
